Rate: $95–$105/hr inc. super (negotiable)

Join a federal government initiative supporting Australia’s immunisation and public health programs. This role is ideal for a data professional with strong QLIK and SQL skills, capable of delivering insights through dashboards, reports, and analysis that inform national policy and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Visualisation & Dashboarding: Design, develop, and maintain QLIK (and Power BI) applications and dashboards, supporting COVID-19 and immunisation data insights.
• ETL & Data Integration: Extract and transform data from EDW and other sources. Support interoperability projects with stakeholders like TGA, NNDSS, and Procurement.
• Data Request Fulfilment: Respond to internal and external data requests (e.g., WHO, RoGS, Annual Reporting) with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Analytics & Reporting: Perform deep data analysis to identify trends and generate actionable insights to support policy and program development.
• Data Quality & Governance: Implement data quality assurance processes and contribute to continuous improvement and reform efforts across systems.
• Collaboration: Work with epidemiologists, public health professionals, and IT teams to ensure accurate and effective data usage.

• Proven experience in QLIK Sense or QLIKView dashboard and report development.
• Strong skills in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience in large-scale or government data environments.
• Understanding of data governance, quality assurance, and privacy practices.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.
