We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative team on a 12-month maternity leave contract and help shape how the Adore Beauty brand comes to life across every customer touchpoint.

This is a role for a highly creative designer with strong visual instincts, excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for brand storytelling. You'll create elevated, commercially impactful creative across digital, print, retail and campaign channels, helping ensure the Adore Beauty brand feels consistent, modern and inspiring at every interaction.

Sitting within our Creative and Brand team, you'll partner closely with Marketing, Digital, eCommerce and Retail to deliver thoughtful, high-quality design work that balances creativity with commercial impact.

About the Role
As Senior Graphic Designer, you'll lead the execution of creative assets across major campaigns, promotional moments and day-to-day brand activity.
Your week could include designing EDMs and landing pages, concepting campaign creative, developing packaging artwork, briefing photography styling or collaborating on retail promotional assets.

This is a highly collaborative role where creativity, speed and adaptability all matter. You'll work across multiple projects simultaneously while helping maintain and evolve the overall Adore Beauty visual identity.

You'll also support and mentor junior creatives, contributing positively to the wider Creative team and helping drive consistently high creative standards across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver creative assets across digital, print and retail channels
• Create EDMs, campaign creative, online advertising banners and CMS landing pages
• Develop packaging artwork and print collateral
• Contribute to campaign concepting, moodboards and creative ideation sessions
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Photography teams on major campaign shoots
• Maintain strong visual consistency across all customer touchpoints
• Present creative concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders
• Mentor and support junior designers and freelance creatives
• Stay up to date with design trends, competitor activity and creative best practice 

Who You Are:
You're creatively driven, commercially aware and genuinely passionate about design.

You bring strong conceptual thinking alongside the ability to execute polished creative efficiently and at pace. You enjoy working collaboratively, thrive in fast-moving environments and take pride in producing thoughtful, high-quality work.

You bring:

• 5+ years' experience in graphic design or similar creative roles
• Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Excellent typography, layout and visual storytelling skills
• An elevated creative aesthetic with a strong eye for premium, polished brand execution
• A portfolio that demonstrates beautiful, commercially impactful creative across digital and print
• Experience within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or luxury brands is highly regarded
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Confidence collaborating across creative, marketing and business teams
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior creatives is highly regarded
