About the Role
This role plays a key part in building the commercial arm of the business, partnering closely with our Brands and Marketing teams to optimise supplier terms, maximise promotional performance and improve gross margin outcomes across the business.
You will lead the development and execution of key supplier commercial initiatives including trade plans, rate cards, profitability analysis, supplier negotiations and joint business planning. You will also support broader business planning, forecasting and promotional calendar optimisation to ensure strong commercial performance and EBITDA delivery.
This is a hands-on role with genuine influence across the organisation. Working closely with the CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and senior stakeholders across Brands, Planning and Marketing, you will provide strategic advice, commercial insight and practical solutions that directly impact business performance.
