Regional Manager (NSW & QLD) – Retail

The Regional Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the performance, growth, and operational excellence of stores within their region, ensuring the Adore Beauty brand is consistently represented with clarity, confidence, and impact across every customer touchpoint. The Role
As a Regional Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of stores, partnering closely with Store Management and cross-functional teams to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and a best-in-class customer experience. You’ll be a hands-on, commercially minded leader, passionate about developing high-performing teams and executing our brand and retail strategy across your region while ensuring consistency, compliance, and strong results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales, margin, and KPI targets through strong in-store leadership, disciplined execution, and a customer-first, omnichannel approach
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and teams to build high-performing, engaged, and accountable store teams while fostering an inclusive, values-driven culture.
- Ensure operational excellence across all stores, including workforce planning, compliance, inventory management, and the successful rollout of new initiatives.
- Own financial and commercial outcomes, monitoring performance metrics, managing costs, and identifying opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, and efficiency.
- Support retail network growth and expansion, leading new store openings, post-launch stabilization, and embedding best practices across the region.
- Act as a visible, hands-on regional leader, providing strategic insights, sharing best practices, and driving continuous improvement across people, operations, and commercial performance.
What You’ll Bring - Proven experience leading multiple retail stores in a fast-paced environment with 5+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the beauty retail industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and profitability.
- A hands-on, visible leadership style with a passion for developing retail leaders.
- Customer-centric mindset with a love for beauty and premium retail experiences.
- Confidence managing change, ambiguity and growth.
- Ability to travel regularly within your region and interstate.
