The Opportunities Assistant Store Manager As Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and leading the team on the shop floor. You'll help drive performance, build a positive team culture, and ensure every customer leaves feeling confident and cared for.
What you'll be doing: - Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team
- Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Assist with day-to-day store operations, including stock, VM and sales performance
- Coach and motivate team members to reach individual and store goals
- Partner with HQ to support campaigns, launches and activations
- Champion a safe, inclusive and values-led environment
About you: - Proven experience in a retail leadership or senior sales role (beauty or fashion highly regarded)
- Confident, hands-on leadership style
- Strong understanding of customer service, stock and sales performance
- Energetic, empathetic and solutions-focused
Casual Beauty Advisors Our Casual Beauty Advisors are the heart of the customer experience. You'll bring product knowledge, warmth and genuine advice to help customers feel their best.
Day-to-day responsibilities: - Engage with customers and provide personalised product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organised and inviting store environment
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, launches and beauty trends
- Process transactions and contribute to sales targets
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks
- Support promotions, events and in-store activations
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty
What we're looking for: - Minimum 2 years retail experience (beauty/skincare preferred)
- Background as a beauty therapist, hairdresser or makeup artist highly regarded
- Passion for skincare, beauty and customer experience
- Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive and solution-focused attitude
