We’re looking for passionate and positive retail sales assistants to join our Melbourne Central boutique.
At iKOU, we believe in more than just skincare — we offer a sensory, soul-nourishing experience that blends the power of organic, Australian-made products with meaningful rituals to rest, relax and restore.
 
As part of our team, you’ll take pride in delivering wow-factor service, helping our guests find joy in self-care and daily wellness rituals. You'll be working in a business that genuinely cares — for our customers, our planet and each other.
 
What we're looking for:

• A love for retail and connecting customers with the right products
• Genuine care and passion for wellness, skincare and self-care
• A positive, proactive approach and team mindset
• An understanding of high-end customer service and the drive to go above and beyond
• A strong alignment with iKOU’s values and culture

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service
• Experience in the beauty or wellness industry (highly regarded)
• Confidence in communication and sales
• A calm, caring and customer-first attitude
