We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Brand Experience & Operations Coordinator to help bring our omni campaigns, digital content, and internal comms to life. This is a hands-on, hybrid role that combines retail coordination, content dispatch, and campaign traffic management. One day you’re uploading content to our digital screens, the next you’re briefing artwork or chasing packaging deadlines for a major store promo.
You’ll be the go-to person between marketing, creative, retail, and store development — keeping everything on track, accurate, and customer-ready. If you’ve ever been a studio traffic manager, dispatch assistant, or production coordinator (especially in a fast-paced agency or retail team), you’ll feel right at home.
About the Role
This role supports the smooth delivery of all omni channel campaigns and experiences with an emphasis on our in store activity. You’ll manage digital and physical campaign dispatch, coordinate internal comms to store teams, and act as the primary uploader for our in-store screen content. You’ll also jump in on the logistics and coordination of store events, activations, and local marketing activity.
This is a fast-paced, collaborative role with a wide remit, ideal for someone who’s organised, hands-on, and loves bringing structure to moving parts.
