Adore Beauty has been redefining the beauty retail experience in Australia for more than 25 years. As we continue to scale both online and in-store, we’re expanding our high-performing Merchandising team and we’re looking for someone sharp, curious and commercially-minded to join us.
 
This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and build a career in buying, planning or product. You’ll get hands-on exposure across product launches, campaign planning, reporting, competitor analysis and more — working closely with Category Managers and teams across the business.
 
About the Role
As a Merchandise Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our Merchandise team, helping ensure the right products are launched at the right time, with the right information behind them. It’s a varied and fast-paced role that spans product data, performance reporting, campaign coordination and supplier support.
 
You’ll become a trusted go-to for keeping things moving and on track, with plenty of exposure to how great merchandising decisions are made. If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working with numbers, and want to learn the ropes in a growing retail business, this could be the perfect fit.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Support with the coordination and rollout of new product launches and range reviews
• Pull together key performance reports and sales insights to help shape product strategies
• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activity
• Maintain and update product information, trackers and planning documents
• Research competitor pricing, range and trends to feed into our decision-making
• Prepare internal presentations and documents for reviews and key meetings

Who You Are:
You’re organised, motivated and not afraid of a spreadsheet. You like knowing what’s selling, what’s changing, and what’s next and you enjoy digging into data to figure it out.
 
You bring:

• Strong Excel skills (you’re confident with things like pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
• A basic understanding of reporting and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Google Analytics)
• Familiarity with project or task management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com)
• Clear written communication — you can write clean copy, send a good supplier email, and keep docs tidy
• Some knowledge of merchandising, retail or product lifecycle is a bonus
