Adore Beauty is expanding in Victoria! We’re on the lookout for a standout retail leader to bring our sixth store to life at Fountain Gate.
 
This is more than just a store opening. It’s your chance to shape an incredible team from day one and redefine what beauty retail looks and feels like for customers in Melbourne’s southeast.

What You’ll Be Doing
As Store Manager, you’ll bring the Adore experience to life at Fountain Gate. You’ll lead with impact, create a welcoming and high-performance culture, and inspire both customers and team members every day.

• Recruit, coach and lead a talented new team
• Manage daily operations with clarity and confidence
• Deliver standout customer service with heart and energy
• Own store performance, from sales to stock to team engagement
• Bring campaigns, events and in-store activations to life with HQ support
• Champion safety, culture, and a values-led approach in all you do

About You

• You’ve managed a retail team before and loved it
• Experience in beauty or fashion retail is a big plus
• You’re confident, organised, and hands-on
• You set high standards in service, presentation, and performance
• You lead with empathy, energy, and a strong results mindset
