Adore Beauty has shaped the landscape of Australian beauty e-commerce for over two decades. As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our physical retail footprint — and with that comes the exciting opportunity to shape how we attract, onboard and develop our in-store teams.
We’re looking for a people-focused, detail-driven Retail Recruitment & Education Advisor to help us build high-performing, confident store teams. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for our growing store network, while also leading the delivery of consistent, engaging induction and training experiences across all locations.
This is a newly created role that sits within the People & Culture team and works hand-in-hand with our Retail Operations team. It’s a great fit for someone who loves bringing structure to fast-moving environments and takes pride in setting others up for success.
About the Role
This is a fast-moving, people-focused role that combines talent acquisition with practical, on-the-ground training coordination. One week you might be running a group interview or coordinating onboarding for a new store opening; the next, you’re working on refining induction content, coordinating compliance training, or reviewing upcoming talent needs.
You’ll be the connector between our store teams, Retail leadership and the broader People & Culture team, ensuring every new team member is recruited thoughtfully, inducted properly, and supported to succeed. This role will require frequent travel, including interstate, to support store openings, training delivery and in-person induction sessions.
