We’re excited to announce the upcoming opening of our brand-new store at Broadway Sydney — our first-ever location in NSW.

This is a big moment for Adore Beauty as we continue to grow our store network and connect with more customers, face to face. We’re creating a warm, welcoming space where beauty lovers can explore their favourite products, get honest, personalised advice, and experience the kind of support you'd expect from your best friend in beauty.

As we expand our physical presence, we’re on the lookout for passionate, customer-focused team members to help bring the Adore Beauty experience to life in-store.

The Role
If you have a strong understanding of skincare and beauty, love connecting with customers, and enjoy helping others feel confident in their routine—this could be your perfect fit. We’re looking for casual team members who thrive on delivering personalised service and making every customer interaction count.
 
Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, organised, and inviting
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, new launches, and industry trends
• Process transactions efficiently while meeting sales targets
• Handle stock management tasks, including restocking and inventory checks
• Participate in promotional activities and assist with in-store events
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty

 What We Are Looking For

• At least two years of retail experience in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare
• Experience as a beauty therapist, hairdresser, or makeup artist will be highly regarded.
• A strong understanding of beauty products and a keen interest in skincare trends
• A natural ability to connect with customers and create a great shopping experience
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Someone who stays calm and focused in a fast-paced setting
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• A confident, positive, and solution-focused approach
