We’re looking for a seasoned Payroll Manager to own and lead the payroll function at Adore Beauty. This full-time, permanent role is based at our St Kilda Road HQ with hybrid flexibility, and plays a critical role in ensuring our team gets paid accurately, on time, and in line with our values.

You’ll be the go-to expert across all things payroll—from processing and compliance to systems and reporting. It’s a hands-on role, but also one where you’ll drive improvements, support our people, and bring confidence and clarity to a key business function.

What you’ll be doing

• Run end-to-end payroll for a growing team across fortnightly and monthly cycles
• Manage leave, deductions, super, and compliance with awards (Retail & Storage Services)
• Own payroll reporting, reconciliations, and EOFY processes
• Provide clear, timely support on payroll queries and partner with People & Culture
• Look for ways to improve processes, systems, and efficiency

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years' payroll experience, ideally in a standalone or leadership role
• Solid understanding of award interpretation and payroll legislation
• A calm, thorough, and solutions-focused approach
• Experience with Payroll Metrics and Deputy is a bonus
