Exciting Assistant Store Manager Opportunity – Broadway, Sydney

Adore Beauty is opening its first store in New South Wales and it’s a big one. We’re thrilled to be bringing our iconic retail experience to Broadway Sydney, marking the launch of our fifth store nationally and our very first in NSW.

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in setting the tone, building a high-performing culture, and supporting your Store Manager to deliver results and lead an incredible team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting day-to-day store operations with energy and precision
• Coaching and developing team members to create a fun, positive and performance-driven environment
• Creating exceptional in-store experiences through customer-first service
• Managing stock, merchandising, and promotional execution
• Driving results while keeping culture front and centre  

 Who You Are

• You’ve had experience in retail leadership, ideally as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor
• You thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
• You lead by example and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves
• You’re passionate about people, customer experience, and creating a great place to work
• Experience in beauty or fashion is a big plus, but not essential
