The Company
Our client is a rapidly scaling, global Fintech with a fast-paced, highly collaborative and social team. They are currently on the look out for a Brand Marketing Senior Associate with B2B experience to support the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns, content, events and selected partnership activity that showcase the brand, deepen product understanding and drive growth. You'll have the opportunity to work with exciting sporting sponsorship partners, liaise with creative agencies, and help with influencer and opinion leader projects in this career building role.
The Role
Working closely with the Senior Manager, Brand & Partnerships within an established marketing team of 8, you'll help deliver engaging content across social, digital, email, events, and campaign landing pages. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to someone who loves brand marketing and makes things happen. Rather than setting the overarching brand strategy, you'll be working across the detail — assisting on campaigns and activations, managing logistics, liaising with agencies and partners, and making sure everything comes together smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day delivery of integrated brand campaigns across ANZ - from timelines and briefs to asset coordination, approvals and reporting
- Help develop and maintain content plans for key brand channels, including social, email, blog and campaign landing pages
- Coordinate the review and delivery of brand assets with internal stakeholders and agencies, ensuring work is accurate, on-brand and delivered on time
- Provide operational support for sporting partnerships, including asset tracking, approvals, rights delivery and reporting
- Support event and experiential activity, including invites, attendee communications, on-site content capture and post-even content
- Assist with influencer, creator and external KOL activity, including research, outreach, coordination, content calendars and performance tracking
- Assist with uploading, updating and maintaining content on the global CMS
- Help prepare campaign and content performance reports
- Assist with thought leadership and other brand content initiatives
- Support the creation and maintenance of website landing pages
- Manage budgets, purchase orders, invoices, approvals and reporting
About you We're ideally looking for someone with B2B experience in a brand marketing, content, campaign, events or partnerships coordination role (in-house or agency), who wants to build their career and gain exposure across a broad brand and content remit.
With strong project management skills, you'll be organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and keeping stakeholders on track. You'll also be adept in using AI tools and comfortable working with marketing and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, project trackers, social platforms and content libraries. And most importantly, you'll be a self-starter who loves jumping into the detail, supporting a team and learning by doing.
This is initially a temporary role with the intention of becoming permanent. You can be based in Sydney or Melbourne, and will enjoy the flexibility to work from home two days per week.
If you're a hands-on brand marketer with approximately 3 years experience, who wants to build your career within a high-growth global fintech, we'd love to hear from you... please forward your resume asap!
