The Role
As the Office Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the office, creating a welcoming and organised environment while providing administrative support across multiple departments. From coordinating facilities and supporting new starters to assisting with events and being the friendly face of the office, you'll enjoy plenty of variety and the opportunity to make a real impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain a tidy, organised and welcoming office environment, including common areas, kitchen and meeting rooms
- Manage office supplies, equipment and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs and liaise with external suppliers and contractors
- Support interstate offices with office supply orders and maintenance requests
- Be the welcoming first point of contact for visitors, contractors and suppliers, ensuring a professional front-of-house experience
- Provide administrative support across the business, assisting various departments and the Executive Leadership Team with day-to-day tasks
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing workspaces and equipment
- Coordinate meetings, catering and company events, including logistics and venue preparation
- Respond to staff enquiries and assist with general office administration to keep everything running efficiently
Skills & Experience We're looking for an experienced administrator with proven office coordination, office management or administrative experience who enjoys being the person everyone relies on.
You'll be highly organised, proactive and approachable, with the ability to manage competing priorities, use initiative and build strong working relationships across the business. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) are essential, along with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a genuine willingness to help wherever needed.
