The Opportunity
We're delighted to be partnering with a highly respected, values-led organisation to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys being involved in every aspect of the business.
This is far more than a traditional EA position. You'll be the trusted right-hand to the CEO while also playing an integral role in keeping the office running seamlessly. If you enjoy variety, like being the person everyone relies on, and take genuine pride in making things happen, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Working alongside a collaborative leadership team and a close-knit team of around 30 employees, you'll become a key part of the organisation's success.
About the Organisation
Our client is a purpose-driven organisation with a genuine people-first culture. They value professionalism, respect and collaboration, and have built an environment where everyone contributes and supports one another.
They're looking for someone who is proactive, approachable and happy to roll up their sleeves when needed. Someone who naturally anticipates what's required, enjoys solving problems and takes ownership of their work.
About the Role
No two days will be the same. One moment you'll be managing complex executive priorities, and the next you'll be coordinating an office initiative, assisting with an event or improving an internal process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level executive support to the CEO, including complex diary and email management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
- Supporting the Leadership Team with meeting preparation, agendas, presentations, minute taking and following up action items.
- Acting as the central point of contact for the office, welcoming visitors, coordinating facilities, managing office supplies and ensuring the workplace runs smoothly.
- Assisting with finance administration including payroll processing, supplier payments and employee expense management.
- Coordinating marketing activities
- Supporting onboarding for new employees and helping continually improve office systems, processes and ways of working.
About You We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys variety and takes pride in being the person who keeps everything running behind the scenes.
You'll bring:
- A minimum of seven years' experience supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
- Experience working within a small to medium-sized organisation where you've been involved in both executive support and broader office operations.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent document formatting and presentation skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, strong attention to detail and a naturally proactive approach.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion and the confidence to work autonomously while building trusted relationships across the business.
What's on Offer This is a rare opportunity to join an organisation where you'll be trusted, valued and given genuine ownership of your role.
Offering a hybrid working arrangement, you'll enjoy a position with plenty of variety, the opportunity to work closely with an approachable leadership team, and the chance to become an integral part of a highly regarded organisation.
