Based in a brand-new, purpose-built private clinic and head office in Collingwood (East Melbourne fringe), you’ll join a highly collaborative and fully integrated team of fertility specialists, nurses, scientists and counsellors — all united by a shared commitment to exceptional patient care and outcomes.

The Role

Due to growth, 3 opportunities are now available within the Front of House Reception Team. This role is perfect for warm, compassionate and highly organised customer service professionals who take pride in creating a calm and welcoming environment. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors — greeting them with empathy and professionalism, managing incoming calls, coordinating appointments and maintaining accurate records within the patient management system.

Working in a sensitive and deeply personal area of healthcare, your ability to communicate with kindness, discretion and confidence will be highly valued. You’ll enjoy meaningful face-to-face interaction and the stability of a permanent, full-time role within a respected and supportive team.

Hours:

• Permanent, full-time
• Rotating weekly roster between 7:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Approximately one Saturday per month (penalty rates apply + day off in lieu)

Skills & Experience

We’re seeking individuals who bring:

• Proven customer service and administrative experience
• A warm, professional and compassionate communication style
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence managing phone enquiries in a busy environment
• Intermediate MS Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems (experience with FYDO or similar patient management systems is advantageous)
• Experience within healthcare or medical settings is beneficial, though not essential
