About the role
Reporting to the Assessment Manager, this position supports the day-to-day coordination of assessment activities. You’ll be a key contact for candidates and stakeholders, helping guide them through processes while keeping schedules, systems, and records running smoothly.
This role suits someone with a solid foundation in administration or customer service who enjoys a fast pace, likes being busy, and feels comfortable working across multiple systems and priorities.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Assessment Manager and wider assessment team
- Processing and reviewing assessment applications
- Coordinating bookings, schedules, and assessment logistics
- Managing data and maintaining accurate records
- Communicating with candidates and stakeholders by phone and email
- Responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Assisting with online assessments, including basic system troubleshooting
- Supporting general assessment administration such as cancellations and refunds
What will help you succeed Strong organisation skills You’re comfortable managing multiple tasks, keeping track of details, and working to deadlines.
Confident communication You’re happy speaking with a wide range of people, explaining processes clearly, and building rapport over the phone and in writing.
Comfort with technology You’re confident using computers and online systems, quick to learn new platforms, and able to follow processes and troubleshoot simple issues.
About you - Previous experience in administration or customer-facing roles (office admin, reception, call centre, retail or hospitality)
- Reliable, proactive, and happy working in a fast-moving environment
- Clear and professional communicator
- Comfortable learning and using new systems and technology
- Respectful, discreet, and aware of confidentiality requirements
- Enjoys working as part of a team while managing individual responsibilities
