- Liaising with doctors, specialists and internal departments
- Managing incoming calls, emails and patient enquiries
- Uploading and maintaining accurate patient records
- Ordering stock and assisting with general clinic administration
- Supporting nurses and doctors with ad-hoc projects as required
A proactive, organised and adaptable approach is essential, as priorities can shift throughout the day.
There are
three full-time positions available, working approximately
8:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday. These roles are offered on an initial
12-month contract, with genuine opportunity for longer-term permanency.
Skills & Experience We’re looking for empathetic, flexible individuals with a strong customer service mindset and excellent attention to detail. You'll need previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a medical or clinical environment (or a strong interest in working in healthcare). Your calm, compassionate approach and effective communication skills when dealing with patients, nurses and a range of stakeholders is essential, along with your willingness to pitch in and support other teams when necessary. Solid MS Office skills and ability to work with spreadsheets and various patient databases is also essential.
Why Apply? This is a rewarding opportunity to play a meaningful role in patient care within a respected and purpose-driven organisation.
