The Role
This is a permanent part-time, job-share, Concierge/Boardroom Attendant role, where you'll be the first point of contact for all visitors to this polished business hub and your focus is to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Working 2-3 days a week, from 8.30am to 5pm, you'll report to and work closely with the delightful Office Manager to ensure catering, functions and hospitality services run smoothly.
- Greet and direct all visitors at Reception
- Answer incoming calls
- Manage/coordinate meeting room bookings in the diary
- Prepare rooms for meetings and lunches, ensuring they are cleared and tidy at all times
- Coordinate catering, provide tea/coffee etc
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of the Business Centre and staff kitchens, including ensuring fruits, biscuits and milk are available, stacking and emptying dishwashers etc
- Manage courier deliveries
- Collect, sort and distribute mail
- Proactively supporting the Office and Events Manager in ensuring a professional and efficient service to everyone within the Business Centre
Skills and Experience
This is a key role within a traditional and prestigious, highly corporate environment and we're looking for a mature, polished professional with proven reception/concierge. Your ability to liaise confidently and effectively with people at all levels and to roll up your sleeves to ensure the highest customer service experience will be essential. Intermediate skills in MS Office required.
