The Role
 This isn’t your traditional EA role. Instead, you’ll be at the heart of the business — providing hands-on support to 4 Directors and ensuring all aspects of executive search assignments run seamlessly, from research and candidate engagement to client reporting and placement administration. Alongside this, you’ll ensure the office runs smoothly, systems are up to date, and events and initiatives are delivered with professionalism and flair. An example of your responsibilities includes:-
 
Responsibilities
 
 - Support Directors in managing executive search assignments end-to-end
  - Prepare assignment documents (briefs, search reports and candidate profiles)
  - Coordinate interviews and reference checks
  - Maintain accurate information in the database
  - Draft weekly and monthly client progress reports
  - Manage candidate communication, follow-ups and compliance documentation
  - Assist in research activities 
  - Support business development initiatives with presentations and marketing collateral
  - Manage day to day office operations, facilities and supplier relationships
  - Ensure the integrity of business systems (SharePoint, JobAdder, Xero, Employment Hero and intranet)
  - Support the planning and delivery of events, leadership meetings and off-sites
  - Manage expenses, invoices, credit card reconciliations and approvals
  
 Skills and Experience
Polished presentation, mature minded with great stakeholder management skills you will have natural resilience and a sense of fun! We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment — a natural organiser with great attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the confidence to juggle competing priorities.
