Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Regional General Manager and team.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.
Prepare, review, and edit reports, correspondence, and documentation.
Maintain databases and spreadsheets for reporting purposes.
Assist with record management and general office administration.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar administrative support role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) & Content Manager
