The Role
As the first point of contact you’ll handle inbound calls and some outbound, gathering, documenting, and escalating issues, taking end-to-end ownership of each call. You’ll be liaising with a range of stakeholders as you escalate urgent issues and provide ongoing feedback to all stakeholders, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service with your client.
