Head office is in Melbourne's vibrant Southbank precinct with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days a week.

The Role

A 6-month contract position for an experienced Business Partner/Advisor who can provide end-to-end HR support to the regional and country teams. Reporting to the GM of People & Culture, you’ll work closely with Regional Managers and leaders across the employee lifecycle—coaching, advising, and driving initiatives that lift capability, engagement and performance. This is a hands-on, visible role where you’ll balance day-to-day support with longer-term people and culture projects.

Key Focus Areas

• Partner with leaders to coach, mentor and embed performance management, succession planning and workforce strategies.
• Support employee engagement, training and capability development.
• Provide pragmatic advice on employee relations, organisational design and remuneration reviews.
• Deliver P&C projects with a strong change management and implementation focus.
• Build the confidence and capability of Regional Managers to coach and lead their teams.

About You

You’re an experienced HR Business Partner with broad generalist skills across organisational development, talent, ER, performance and change. You’re a natural relationship-builder—credible, approachable and able to connect with people at every level. Ideally, you’ll bring an understanding of the agriculture sector or have lived regionally yourself, giving you the ability to relate authentically with managers and members. Flexibility to travel to regional sites on occasion is essential.
