The Role
A 6-month contract position for an experienced Business Partner/Advisor who can provide end-to-end HR support to the regional and country teams. Reporting to the GM of People & Culture, you’ll work closely with Regional Managers and leaders across the employee lifecycle—coaching, advising, and driving initiatives that lift capability, engagement and performance. This is a hands-on, visible role where you’ll balance day-to-day support with longer-term people and culture projects.
