What the role involves:
You'll split your time across two core areas—customer service and data analytics—working at the intersection of customer experience and business improvement.

1. Customer Support:

• Handle incoming enquiries (no cold calls or sales) with empathy and professionalism
• Help guide customers through their journey, connecting them with the right services and support

1. Data & Insights:

• Analyse customer feedback, trends, and contact centre data using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making across teams
• Use data to identify areas for service improvement and contribute to new initiatives
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., chatbots, sentiment analysis) to enhance customer experience
• Support customer journey mapping and optimisation projects

What we’re looking for:
We’re after someone who enjoys working with people and numbers—someone with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for making things better.

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience in a contact centre, customer service, or CX team
• Confidence interpreting data and using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar
• Exposure to tech-enabled customer solutions or digital tools
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-first approach
• A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
• The ability to spot patterns, think critically, and turn insights into action
