The Role

As EA to 3 C-Suite Executives across the Marketing and Technology teams, your role is to provide first class support to help keep them and their respective  projects on track. Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel and events, prepare documentation and communications, be the conduit for their many stakeholders and be prepared to roll-up-your-sleeves, get involved and do whatever it takes to ensure the success of the team in this supportive and collegiate environment.

• Calendar management and meeting coordination.
• Coordinate complex travel arrangements.
• Prepare and organise briefing materials, agendas, and presentations for various meetings, including Senior Leadership Team, Board and Committee etc.
• Help coordinate internal events for this highly engaged team.
• Collation, distribution and follow-up of team actions.
• Act as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, agendas and minutes etc.
• Act as the conduit between the leaders and their SLT peers and ANZ CEO office.
• Assist in the planning and execution of key projects and initiatives.
• Implement best practices and track project progress to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.

Skills and Experience

We're looking for an experienced EA with the maturity and initiative to make key decisions, keep one step ahead to help mitigate risk, all while communicating effectively to keep everyone in the loop and up to date. Your experience supporting a C-Suite level or similar will be highly regarded, along with your ability to build relationships and liaise effectively across all levels of the business.
