About the role
Reporting to a supportive manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering practical and timely HR advice across the business. This is a true generalist role with plenty of variety. You’ll be working closely with stakeholders to provide guidance on a range of HR matters including:

• Generalist support across the employee lifecycle
• Assisting with performance and conduct matters
• Supporting investigations and workplace changes
• Award and EBA interpretation
• Ensuring compliance with Fair Work and employment legislation
• Providing input into HR policies and processes

About you
You’re an experienced HR Advisor or generalist with the confidence to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You bring a calm, professional approach and enjoy supporting leaders and employees alike. You’ll thrive in a role that allows you to jump in and add value straight away.
Key skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role
• Solid understanding of employment legislation and Fair Work requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
