The Role and Responsibilities
As a Licence and Compliance Officer within the Quality, Risk and Compliance division you will help to administer, police and maintain regulatory licence and compliance obligations. This is a wonderful opportunity, working within a supportive and collaborative team. Duties will include:
  

• Maintenance and expansion of corporate / business licences 
• Oversight of workforce trade licence compliance status / requirements
• Review compliance of sub- contractor licence requirements 
• Control and maintain applicable compliance related documents/records
• Support internal audit programmes
• Monitor specific induction requirements and accreditations
• Monitor the compliance mailbox and coordinate responses / actions
• Provide administrative assistance to the wider team

Experience      
Ideally we are looking for someone with a few years experience in a similar role. Facilities management or building / construction industry experience would be highly regarded but not essential. Most importantly you will be well organsied with great attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work.  Strong MS Office skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
