About the Role
This is not your typical EA role. Supporting a down-to-earth, fast-paced and high-performing Chief People Officer, you’ll be a true strategic partner, fully embedded in the daily rhythms of a key executive. Alongside managing a complex calendar, travel and stakeholder engagement, you’ll also be responsible for interpreting data, preparing board reports and writing clear and engaging communications. You’ll have a seat at the table and be relied on to bring structure, insight and calm to a fast-moving environment.
We’re after someone sharp, organised and proactive — someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, but also brings empathy, warmth and a people-first mindset.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience supporting a senior executive (C-suite ideal), ideally in a large, complex or listed organisation
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease
• Strong business acumen and confidence working with data, reporting, and written communications
• A proactive, composed and people-oriented approach
• Comfortable working on-site and being the key point of contact for a senior leader
