The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a PA/Team Coordinator who loves working in a within a professional, collaborative and supportive environment.
Your role will provide a range of coordination, planning, administrative support and event management to the team. The role is also responsible for diary management and administrative support for two Heads of Department.
Responsibilities
Executive support: Provide diary management for the Heads of Department
Coordinate and team events including town halls and ad-hoc events
Coordinate and cross check Committee papers
Review and prepare credit card and expense reconciliations
Undertake operational and team planning tasks as assigned
Team Support: Manage administrative requests to support the day-to-day functioning of the team
Follow the team’s processes and manage group mailboxes, email and diary management
Register guests with concierge for building access
File reports and maintain (SharePoint)
Coordinate the execution of legal documents
Support and coordinate the onboarding of new starters
Experience
As an experienced PA/Administrator it is essential you have strong MS office skills, attention to detail and outstanding communication skills.
