The Role
This is a permanent position working full time in the office for the initial 3 months but with a view to 3 days in the office, 2 from home, thereafter.  With corporate administration experience, you will support the busy Business Advisory Team which includes several Partners and a Principle. Typical daily duties will include:
  
Responsibilities

• Arranging meetings, reviewing calendars, organising meeting agendas
• Coordinating travel and accomodation for the team
• Preparation of correspondence, reports and proposal documents
• Database management
• Managing team expenses, timesheets and invoices
• Liaison with clients and vendors
• ATO calls and arranging payments 
• Client onboarding and gathering associated compliance documents
• WIP management 
• Prepare and help manage BD and client engagement lists

Experience

We are looking for someone with similar experience in a Team Administration or similar role, from a corporate environment. You’ll be liaising with clients and senior members of the firm, so a confident and polished communication style is essential, along with strong skills in MS Office. Exposure to working with billings will be highly regarded.
