Responsibilities:
You’ll benefit from the support of an experienced and motivated safety leadership team whilst you drive and facilitate the site management of Health, Safety & Environmental activities including but not limited to:
Providing specialist safety guidance to project leaders & site supervisors/workers.
Facilitate the management of the EHS and environmental systems in accordance with the PMP
Positively advocate facilitation of HE&E duties through mentoring and coaching
Assess data via lag indicators (audits & incidents) to map trends and help influence the projects safety approach.
Support the implementation of safety initiatives and new technologies to improve culture and company performance (HammerTech)
Requirements
Demonstrated practical construction related safety coordination/management experience & knowledge, delivering mid to large projects; built form (preferably), civil construction or infrastructure
WHS industry relevant qualifications and certificates
Collaborative communication skills consistent with effective consultation, influencing and relationship building.
Competent computer and system skills - HammerTech training provided.
