The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on the Frasers Shell Cove Precinct D2 Apartments project in Shellharbour, NSW.
 
This exciting $100M residential development will deliver:

• 88 premium apartments
• A 7-storey residential building
• Two levels of common basement car parking
• High-quality residential and shared living spaces within the growing Shell Cove precinct

Responsibilities

As an RCC Site Supervisor, you will provide end-to-end site management including but not limited to:

• Coordination and delivery of multiple subcontractor and trade packages across structure, services and finishes
• Short and medium-range construction program planning
• Quality assurance and site safety leadership
• Collaborative communication with engineering and commercial teams
• Driving construction methodologies, sequencing and project outcomes
• Monitoring site productivity and programme performance
• Supporting the successful delivery of a complex residential project

Requirements

• Demonstrated construction/building delivery experience in a Site Supervisor or Site Management capacity
• Relevant trade qualification
• Experience delivering structure, services and finishes packages
• Residential apartment project experience highly regarded
• Experience working with a mid-tier or top-tier builder
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing project team
