The Role:

• Provide safety guidance across the Project site.
• Support project teams with WHSE systems and compliance aligned to RCC’s Project Management Plan.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through mentoring and coaching.
• Analyse safety data and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.
• Assist with the rollout of safety technologies (e.g., HammerTech).

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in construction safety coordination, ideally on complex building projects.
• Relevant WHS qualifications and certifications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Confidence using digital safety systems.
• Ability to commute via public transport (no parking available).
