Seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our team on the Baiada Hanwood Administration & Amenities Building project in Griffith, NSW.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our team on the Baiada Hanwood Administration & Amenities Building project in Griffith, NSW.
This circa $70M project will deliver:
- Administration offices, meeting and training spaces
- Staff canteen, kitchen and lunchroom facilities
- Gymnasium and wellbeing spaces
- Amenities including lockers, showers and change rooms
- External courtyards and breakout areas
About the Role:
As a Contracts Administrator at RCC, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of the project through effective contract management, subcontractor administration and commercial support across the full project lifecycle.
Working closely with the Project Manager and broader delivery team, responsibilities will include:
- Administration of subcontractor and supplier contracts
- Managing variations, progress claims and contract documentation
- Assisting with procurement and tender processes
- Monitoring contractual compliance and project risk
- Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders
- Supporting forecasting, reporting and cost control processes
- Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with claims management and project closeout procedures
About You
We're looking to speak with candidates who have:
- Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator role within the construction industry
- Exposure to commercial, industrial, education or large-scale building projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Sound understanding of construction contracts and contract administration principles
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery
- Relevant Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Building qualifications
