As we expand our footprint in Queensland, we’re looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large project in Brisbane.

The Opportunity

You will lead the full lifecycle of a large project, from pre-construction through to delivery and handover. You’ll work closely with a high-performing team to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading project planning, programming, and delivery
• Managing client and consultant relationships
• Overseeing safety, quality, and commercial performance
• Driving team performance and mentoring junior staff
• Managing risk, reporting, and stakeholder communication

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the Australian construction industry
• Strong background in healthcare or complex institutional projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to safety and quality
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
