As we expand our major projects portfolio, we’re looking for an experienced Project Team Assistant / Office Coordinator to join our team in Camperdown and play a critical role in shaping the future of the construction industry. The Opportunity

• Establishment and day to day running of the project/site office. 
• Provide administrative support to senior management and project team members as required. 
• Procurement and management of office supplies including stationery, kitchen supplies and office furniture and tracking of costs. 
• Establish and develop relationships with project managers, office suppliers, sub-contractors and residents to ensure deliveries and works are scheduled and completed. 
• Effective management and maintenance of all office equipment such as printers, video conferencing and meeting room equipment. 
• Coordinate and manage travel for Project staff 
• Manage and coordinate meetings, including arranging meeting rooms, equipment, notifying attendees and/or circulating material and taking minutes 
• Prepare and complete confidential reports and documents 
• Ensure internal customer relationships are maintained and strengthened through effective, timely and efficient service 

What We’re Looking For

• Several years' experience in a similar role, preferably in construction, mining or manufacturing industry.  
• Experienced in providing administration support to commercial and project teams. 
• Highly developed organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
