A leadership role responsible for management of RCC’s SaaS ecosystem by managing software vendors, existing applications, integrations, and introduction of new solutions to achieve optimal returns from digital assets.
  
A motivated and driven individual to take the lead and work closely with the IT team to deliver integrated solutions to the business to build upon of the RCC Applications/Digital and systems integration capability. Role models, inspires and motivates the wider IT group.
  
Worth together with the Chief Information Office (CIO) and broader IT team to make a positive impact on RCC’s application environment.

This is a full-time permanent position based at our new head offices located in St Leonards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in IT application management, development, and implementation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, .Net, DAX, and integrating with 3rd party APIs
• in-depth knowledge of enterprise applications, databases, and software development methodologies.
• Experience managing IT projects from conception to completion.
• Familiarity with enterprise construction software and applications.
• Proven success in managing and leading application development teams.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in enterprise applications.
• Experience in vendor management and third-party application integration.
