As we expand our portfolio of education builds, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to play a key role in delivering learning environments that will serve generations to come.

The Opportunity You’ll be supported by a highly experienced and collaborative Commercial leadership team while taking ownership of end-to-end subcontractor contract administration across multiple school projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing cost and head contract obligations
• Developing and implementing management plans aligned with contract risks and opportunities
• Preparing subcontractor packages, scopes, and procurement schedules across various trades
• Administering progress claims, variations, and contract compliance
• Applying your understanding of construction sequencing, materials, and services to drive value
• Reporting through systems such as CHEOPS and Aconex (training provided)

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in commercial contract administration on medium to large-scale construction projects
• Industry-relevant degree qualifications
• Strong understanding of contract law principles and construction-specific regulations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions
• Process-driven with a strong appreciation for systems and compliance
• Previous experience in education projects is desirable but not essential
