The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver high-profile civil and bulk earthworks projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle, from initial planning through to successful completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of civil and bulk earthworks projects, ranging from $2 million to $35 million.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and addressing any project-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Supervise and mentor project teams, providing direction and support.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing solutions where necessary.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure high standards of quality control throughout the project.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the civil infrastructure industry, specifically with bulk earthworks projects.
• A track record of delivering projects of all sizes. 
• Strong understanding of project management processes, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and build client relationships.
• A commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) (preferred).
