Reporting to the Project Manager - your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

• Provide support for the administration of projects 
• Create and provide supporting documentation for project delivery
• Assisting with the preparation of subcontract agreements and variations
• Cash Flow and project financial reporting  
• Head contract and sub-contractor claims Reporting against project targets and objectives 
• Project Administration Functions 

To be considered for the role you will have:

• Previous experience in a Project Administration or Contract Admin capacity - preferably on construction or civil projects
• Previous experience managing Subcontractor accounts E.G - Payment Claims, Payment Schedules and accruals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to write technical support documentation to a high standard
• A commitment to safety and health for all onsite
• Good communication and organizational skills
• The ability to communicate across all levels of the business, including client interface.
• Jobpac experience preferred but not essential
