  Your responsibilities might include:

• Working closely with key stakeholders to develop effective relationships that facilitate the successful communication and implementation of the projects HSE systems
• Ensuring project teams are adequately trained to perform their HSE responsibilities
• Providing ongoing coaching to ensure total compliance with internal HSE systems and legislative requirements
• Supporting the business in the preparation of toolbox and HSE pre-start content
• Implementing and communicating improvements and strategies in response to changes impacting HSE activities
• Maintaining and assisting in the ongoing development of the projects systems
• Influencing a positive attitude and commitment towards safety across the business

  To be successful in this role you will have:

• Diploma Safety in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
• Ideally 2+ years' experience in a similar role within Health and Safety teams
• Ability to interpret project related documents, preparing reports and monitoring compliance documentation
• Ability to build relationships and rapport with people at all levels
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of risk assessment and monitoring of risk controls
• Strong investigative and auditing skills.
