Situated in the heart of Brisbane is a dynamic and collaborative Recruitment Agency who are widely known for Recruiting Blue Collar Skills & Trades. 

More about the role
Due to continued growth and a considerable increase in demand from a variety of their key clients, this company are looking to hire a mid level recruiter. This role is suits an experienced (6 months+) Blue Collar Recruiter who thrives on the Candidate side - from Generation, Talent Management & Compliance. 

You will be working closely with an Account Manager, so no new BD/Sales is required.  

Some key responsibilities:

• Phone based sourcing (must be comfortable calling candidates)
• Candidate sourcing - adverts, database, networking
• Arranging interviews - screening face to face & phone based
• High volume of registrations & interviews
• Reference checks, compliance & due diligence

You role will be both on the road (visiting work sites in QLD alongside the AM/BDM) as well as office based.

What do I need to have?

• At least 6 months Recruitment experience (blue collar and/or high volume Temp Recruitment is desirable) 
• Experience working towards targets
• Strong communication skills
