Senior Workplace Strategist - London
We are working with a leading international architecture and interior design practice looking to appoint an experienced Senior Workplace Strategist to its London team.
This is a senior, client-facing position combining workplace strategy, strategic implementation, research, stakeholder engagement and project management. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing clients and multiple projects, leading strategic studies and reports, and helping organisations understand how their workplaces can better support their people and business objectives. The Role
You will work closely with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary design teams to develop and implement workplace strategies. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple workplace strategy projects simultaneously.
- Leading client and stakeholder engagement, including interviews, workshops and presentations.
- Gathering, interpreting and analysing workplace data to identify trends, insights and opportunities.
- Developing workplace strategies aligned with organisational objectives and employee needs.
- Advising clients on workplace change and helping facilitate organisational change programmes.
- Researching emerging workplace trends and contributing to thought leadership and written research.
- Developing efficient workplace planning solutions that enhance employee experience.
- Working collaboratively with interior designers and wider project teams to translate strategy into physical workplace solutions.
- Managing project programmes, resources and commercial constraints.
- Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team.
- Contributing to proposals, pitches and RFP responses. Senior Workplace Strategist
About You
You will already have strong experience as a Workplace Strategist within an interior design, architecture or workplace consultancy environment, with the confidence to manage senior client relationships and lead projects.
You should bring excellent presentation, communication and report-writing skills, alongside strong analytical and research capabilities. An understanding of workplace design, employee experience, organisational change, sustainability and workplace regulations will be important.
Familiarity with workplace technologies and tools is expected, while experience with Revit, AutoCAD and/or InDesign would be advantageous. Senior Workplace Strategist
