Part 1 or Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its London team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Architectural Assistant looking to develop their experience within a collaborative and creative studio environment.
Working closely with experienced architects and designers, you will contribute to projects across a range of stages, gaining exposure to concept design, design development, planning, technical documentation and project delivery.
The role would suit someone with strong design and presentation skills who is keen to develop both their creative and technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of architectural concepts and design proposals.
• Produce sketches, drawings and presentation material.
• Support the creation of 3D models, visualisations and design presentations.
• Assist with the production of detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
• Contribute to planning applications and other regulatory submissions.
• Support the coordination of architectural information with consultants and contractors.
• Work alongside architects and designers across different stages of project delivery.
• Assist with site surveys and site visits, recording information and reporting findings to the wider project team.
• Prepare project reports, presentations and supporting documentation.
• Undertake research into materials, products, construction methods and relevant regulations.
• Contribute ideas during internal design reviews and project meetings.
• Work collaboratively with architects, interior designers, consultants and other members of the wider project team.
• Communicate professionally with clients, consultants and external stakeholders where required.

Skills & Experience
The successful candidate should have completed a RIBA-recognised Bachelor's degree in Architecture and be working at Part 1 or Part 2 level.
You should ideally demonstrate:

• Strong architectural design and conceptual thinking.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience using SketchUp or similar 3D modelling software.
• Good Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Experience with 3D modelling and visualisation would be beneficial.
• Good drawing and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and an interest in technical design.
• A developing understanding of building construction, materials and UK regulations.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• The ability to manage your own workload while working effectively as part of a wider team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm for architecture and design.

The Opportunity
This is a strong opportunity for an Architectural Assistant looking to gain broad project exposure within a progressive architecture and interiors studio.
You will work alongside experienced designers and architects, developing your skills across both the creative and technical aspects of architecture while gaining valuable experience across different project stages.
The studio offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for professional development and career progression.
The position is London-based and five days a week in the studio, so candidates will need to be able to commute into Central London and have the right to work in the UK
