Job Title: Revit Interior Technician - Fixed Term Contract
Sector: Commercial Workplace Design
Location: London / Surrey / Manchester / Birmingham
Salary: Pro-rata of £50,000 - £65,000 p.a.
 
Overview
 
We are currently working with a leading workplace design & build specialist that is looking to appoint multiple Freelance Technical Designers across its UK studios.

These opportunities sit within an established, award-winning delivery team and are ideal for experienced Revit specialists who enjoy working in fast-paced project environments, translating creative concepts into precise, buildable solutions.
 
The Role
 
You will play a key role in the technical development of high-specification workplace fit-outs, supporting projects from early design stages through to on-site delivery and completion.

Acting as the link between design and construction, you'll ensure that all technical information is coordinated, accurate, and aligned with project requirements—while actively contributing to meetings, site visits, and day-to-day team collaboration.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Produce comprehensive technical drawing packages using Revit
• Translate design intent into coordinated construction information
• Prepare GA drawings, detailed fit-out packages, joinery, ceilings, and finishes
• Work closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors
• Attend meetings and site visits, supporting live project delivery
• Respond to technical queries from site teams during construction
• Ensure all outputs meet building regulations and project standards

 
What You'll Bring

• Sector Experience: Strong background in workplace interiors, within design & build or architectural/interiors practices
• Revit Expertise: Advanced proficiency, with confidence working on complex models and detailed packages
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction detailing and building regulations
• Team Fit: Able to integrate quickly into established teams and contribute from day one
• Project Experience: Experience delivering CAT A and CAT B office projects

 
Desirable

• BIM coordination experience
• Exposure to large-scale or fast-track projects
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
