About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to take a leading role in shaping creative output across a diverse range of projects.
 
This position combines hands-on design with creative oversight. You'll be responsible for setting direction, maintaining high standards, and ensuring work is both visually compelling and strategically aligned.
 
What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the development of design concepts across digital, print, motion, and UX
• Overseeing projects from initial idea through to final delivery
• Ensuring consistency and quality across all visual outputs
• Working closely with stakeholders to translate briefs into strong creative solutions
• Guiding and mentoring designers, offering feedback and direction
• Managing print production and large-scale outputs, liaising with external suppliers

 
What We're Looking For

• 6+ years' experience in graphic design, with a track record of leading projects
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and execution across multiple formats
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, motion tools, and UX/UI platforms
• Confidence in presenting ideas and communicating with both creative and non-creative teams
• Experience supporting or mentoring other designers

Bonus: Background in environmental or build-related graphics
