Technical Designers are in exceptionally high demand across the workplace sector, with multiple clients—spanning both leading design consultancies and top-tier design & build firms—actively looking to strengthen their technical delivery teams. This reflects the growing need for professionals who can translate creative concepts into precise, buildable solutions.

We are currently partnering with a range of award-winning consultancy and D&B studios to appoint experienced Technical Designers. These opportunities suit Revit specialists who thrive in delivery-focused roles and enjoy bringing ambitious workplace projects to life.

The Role:
As a key link between design intent and construction, you will play a central role in the technical development of high-specification office fit-outs. Working across the full project lifecycle—from early design through to on-site delivery and handover—you will ensure all technical information is coordinated, accurate, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawing packages using Revit
• Develop design concepts into coordinated construction information
• Prepare GA, detailed fit-out, joinery, ceiling, and finishes drawings
• Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors
• Support site teams by resolving technical queries during delivery
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and project standards

What You’ll Bring

• Sector Expertise: Strong experience in workplace interiors, within either design & build or traditional architectural/interiors environments
• Software Mastery: Advanced Revit capability, with confidence working on complex models and producing detailed technical packages
• Delivery Focus: Solid understanding of construction detailing, building regulations, and premium office environments
• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively within fast-paced, delivery-driven teams
• Project Experience: Proven involvement in CAT A and CAT B office projects

Desirable

• BIM coordination experience
• Experience on large-scale or fast-track projects
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
