Salary: £50,000–£75,000 + Benefits (DOE)

We are partnering with a market-leading Workplace Design & Build firm to appoint an experienced Technical Designer to their award-winning delivery team. This is a pivotal role for a Revit specialist who thrives on turning ambitious concepts into flawless, buildable realities.

The Role:

As a vital link between vision and execution, you will lead the technical development of high-specification office fit-outs. You will support the design lifecycle from initial concept through to on-site construction and final handover, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing detailed technical drawing packages using Revit
• Developing design concepts into coordinated construction information
• Preparing GA, detailed fit-out, joinery, ceiling, and finishes drawings
• Coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors
• Supporting site teams with technical queries during delivery
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations and project standards

What You’ll Bring:

• Sector Expertise: Proven experience in workplace interiors, with a background in either D&B or traditional architectural/interiors practices.
• Software Mastery: Advanced Revit capability is essential; you should be comfortable navigating complex models and producing detailed technical packages.
• Delivery Focus: A deep understanding of construction detailing, building regulations, and the nuances of high-end office environments.
• Collaborative Mindset: The ability to work seamlessly within a fast-paced, high-performing delivery team to meet demanding project milestones.
• Delivery Experience: CAT A and CAT B office projects

Desirable:

• BIM coordination experience
• Large-scale or fast-track project experience
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
