Overview
A London-based workplace design studio is seeking a Junior Interior Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join their team. This role is ideal for a designer looking to build on early professional experience within a global design environment and gain hands-on exposure to innovative workplace projects.
 
For the first three months, the role will be full-time in the office to support onboarding, collaboration, and mentoring. Hybrid working may follow thereafter.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Support the team across concept design, development, and technical stages
• Assist with space planning, workplace layouts, and test fits
• Prepare presentation material, mood boards, and visuals
• Participate in FF&E research and specification
• Contribute to drawing and documentation packages
• Coordinate with senior designers and consultants as required
• Support client workshops and internal design reviews

 
Essential Requirements

• 1-2 years' professional experience in interior design
• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or similar
• Strong Revit capability (essential)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; SketchUp / Enscape advantageous
• Some experience in workplace or commercial projects preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn
